A New Las Vegas Wedding Show Returns August 29, After Bridal Spectacular's Collapse

Vegas's decades-old bridal expo fell apart in a messy 2025 cancellation that left vendors out thousands of dollars. A new organizer is bringing 27 vendor categories and a honeymoon giveaway back to The Expo at World Market Center this month, aiming to rebuild trust one Saturday at a time.

A Bridal Show Gap Finally Gets Filled

For decades, Bridal Spectacular was the event Las Vegas couples circled on their calendar, a single afternoon where florists, photographers, caterers and venue reps all set up under one roof at The Expo at World Market Center. Vendors who worked the floor remember it stretching back to the early 1990s, long before the current wave of Strip resorts even existed.

That run ended badly. The show changed hands in a 2024 sale, and by January 2025 the new organizer sent vendors a last-minute email canceling that month's event just days before doors were set to open. One photobooth vendor told Fox5 Las Vegas she was out $2,200 for a shared booth with a DJ friend, and the Better Business Bureau said affected businesses were collectively out thousands of dollars with no refunds in sight. A similar show the same organizer ran in Portland was pulled that same month.

Who's Bringing The Show Back

The company stepping into that gap is Forever & Company, owned by Mark Bentley since August 2023. Bentley already runs an established wedding show in Raleigh, North Carolina, and spent 2025 laying groundwork with Southern Nevada vendors before launching a Las Vegas edition earlier this year.

In an interview with the Vegas Wedding Chamber, Bentley was blunt about the trust problem he inherited, describing his company's role as a partner working alongside local vendors rather than a savior swooping in to fix things overnight. He's also offered vendors introductory pricing through the local wedding chamber as a goodwill gesture for taking a chance on a new organizer.

The next Las Vegas Wedding Show runs from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026, back at The Expo at World Market Center. Organizers list 27 vendor categories on the floor, covering photographers, videographers, florists, caterers, venues, planners, jewelers and beauty pros, so couples can compare a real cross-section of local talent in one visit instead of piecing it together over weeks of solo research.

VIP admission is capped at 300 tickets per show and is pitched at roughly $500 in combined value: early noon entry ahead of general admission, a welcome drink, two wedding bands from a partnering jeweler worth up to $800, an embroidered tote, an 18-month wedding planning journal and lunch for the attendee and a guest. Every attendee, VIP or not, is entered into a drawing for an all-expenses-paid honeymoon.
